Drilling:

Drilling is the starting point for all other operations, such as boring and reaming. Making starter holes. Our manufactured drill bit, which is a multi point tool and typically has a pointed end, puts a hole in your workpiece axially and cuts a hole with an equal diameter to that of the tool. We also use other types of drill bits, apart from twist drill, such as a center drill, spot drill, or tap drill to start a hole and later that will be completed by another operations.

Borings & Reaming:

Further, boring is performed for enlarging or finishing of the existing hole. Our main objective is to achieve an excellent surface finish and close tolerances through fine borings. With Reaming process, we finally give a perfect finishing with the help of our multi-edged tool which ensures high-precision holes along with amazing surface finish, excellent quality of hole and close dimensional tolerances.

Drilling :

Drill bits having edges that can cut smoothly, helps in removing material as the drill keeps rotating inside the workpiece to create holes. They can be installed into any tools such as handhelp drills, drill presses or CNC machines. The geometry of each bit in drill bit tool, the material used to create the drill bits, the length of the drill bit and the coating or surface treatment that is put to workpiece will affect its drilling performance.
