Accuracy for Squareness Flatness & Parallelism within 5 micron. 'V’ Blocks are required for Quality Control, Tool Room and Standard Room. "Crystal" Brand Magnetic 'V’ Blocks have high magnetic pull, hence they can be used fro drilling and grinding (both wet and dry) and even for light milling work. The 'V’ Block has a total three magnetic surfaces. Top and Bottom with 90 'V’ angle and end surface opposite to switch. All three magnetic surfaces and the two sides are carefully ground. Their accuracy for flatness, parallelism and squareness is within 0.005 mm for 2", 3", 4" & 6" 'V’ Blocks. When turned "ON" all three magnetic surfaces are activated Simultaneously.
The 'V' Block have two 'V' angles of different sizes to take jobs of various dimention. By means of clamp the work can be held rigidly to the 'V' Block. The top 'V' and bottom 'V' are parallel within ± 3 micron and it's squareness to the end faces and height variation to the 'V' Block in a pair is within ± 3 micron.
The "Crystal" Roller Bearing 'v' Block are accurately assemble and precision ground on the bottom faces. Four high precision ball bearing on the top. Thus, providing self aligning wearing hard accurate support which will not damage even the most delicate work piece. "Crystal" Roller Bearing 'v' Blocks are very useful in tool room, machine shop, assembly, inspection for checking and marking odd shapes job , round job, crank-shafts etc. Due to the Roller bearing the work pieces are not damaged. It has equal bearing properties. Bearing become excessively without causing inaccuracy can be replaced easily. Due to its design feature, the Roller Bearing 'v' Block are supplied in matched pairs.
CRYSTAL" brand permanent Magnetic Lifter are compact. The contained Permanent Magnet which maintains its holding power. Indefinitrly. The field of the permanent magnet is controlled by the "ON - OFF" position of the safety handle As no electric power is required, "CRYSTAL" Permanent Magnetic Lifter can operate completely free of the restriction of power cables and can be used where electric power is not available. There is no danger of accident due to failure of electric supply. Lifter magnets require good surface condition to achieve maximum lifting. Ground or machined surfaces are ideal, but a good clean surface or a forging or casting is acceptable provided sufficient flat area is available for magnet contact with the work piece. Recommended Lifting capacity is for flat, ground, clean ferrous plates derated by a factor of three. The safety factor is required due to such variables as surface condition, contact area, alloy content and material thickness and may need to be increases if these condition are particularly adverse.
