EMUGE-FRANKEN India Pvt. Ltd. is a 100% subsidiary of EMUGE-Werk Richard Glimpel GmbH & CO KG, Fabrik fur Praisionswerkzeuge, Germany, commenced its commercial operations in India in the year 2000, with aim to make tools in India for the Indian market with German quality.

Its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located near village Kondhanpur, District Pune is equipped with modern machinery and inspection equipment of the highest standards, thus assuring best quality and consistent performance of the tools manufactured here.

Tapping

1. Wide range of products: Emuge offers a vast array of taps, including thread taps, pipe taps, and specialty taps.
2. Innovative designs: Emuge taps feature advanced designs, such as their proprietary "Circlular Threading" technology, which improves thread quality and tool life.
3. High-performance materials: Emuge taps are made from high-quality materials, including high-speed steel (HSS), solid carbide, and powder metallurgy (PM) steel.

Thread Milling

Thread Technology covers a wide range of machine taps and thread milling cutters for thread cutting and forming applications.

For tool sizes beyond our manufacturing capacity, we provide support services for advanced tooling solutions designed and supplied by our principals in Germany.

In order to achieve the best possible results from your threading application, we offer a variety of additional solutions that go along with our threading tool. Our tool extensions, tool holders and tapping devices, ring gauges and plug gauges, cutting oils and cutting pastes also contribute to the best possible results in the threading application.

The patented high precision collet holders FPC and FMC are well suited for high-performance and high-speed milling as they provide superior clamping force and concentricity as well as excellent shock-absorbing properties. The tools can be clampd and unclamped using a hexagon wrench within seconds. These collet holders can be used for drilling, reaming and threading operations as they provide high transferable torque for these applications. The specially designed tool holder reduces the vibrations generated by the machine during the application, resulting in longer tool life and improved surface quality. All straight shanks according to DIN 6535 or DIN 1835 can be clamped using these holders.

Soft synchro

The Emuge Softsynchro holder design makes optimum use of a synchronous spindle, providing the best possible tool life, performance and thread surface quality. Constructed from two separate, precision-ground sections, the body, and shank, Softsynchro effectively separates the spindle from the tap via a patented elastomer spring that absorbs axial forces, giving the tap an immense boost in tool life and performance. Torque from the spindle is transferred seamlessly to the tap via ball bearings riding in precision ground grooves. These ball grooves minimize rolling friction on the torque transmission balls to guarantee precision micro-correction of lead errors in a rigid tapping cycle, even under the most demanding machining conditions.

Endmill

Emuge end mills are high-performance cutting tools designed for precision milling operations. Advanced geometries: Emuge end mills feature optimized geometries for improved tool life, accuracy, and surface finish.
